How quickly can you get to me?
Most of the time we're with you inside 15 minutes for jobs around Melrose and the nearby Borders towns. Give us a call and we'll tell you honestly how long we'll be.
Are you available at night and at weekends?
Yes. We run a genuine 24-hour callout, so evenings, weekends and holidays are all covered. If you're locked out at 8pm on a Sunday, we'll still come out.
Will you damage my lock or door getting in?
Almost never. We use the right tools and technique to open doors without damage wherever possible, so you're not left paying for a new lock you didn't need.
Do you fit new locks as well as open them?
